Target Areas

Everyone has the areas that are either the most stubborn or the areas they want to personally make look the greatest. These articles will provide you with exercises for every area (eventually will have each area covered). The exercises will not be easy, you want to feel a burn. A great trainer of mine used to say, (ok no, she would yell) "Get Uncomfortable!!" And it's completely true, to see the results you want you must put your body through an experience that will change it. So...
