When it comes to putting food in your body you must be filling it with food that will have a positive affect on your body, not cause you to slow down or have a stomach ache. Fueling your body with this nutritious food may be hard when you're constantly on the go, but that's what I'm here for.   


Quick Fixes

My busy lifestyle has made me a pro at making meals under 10 minutes. I get the most creative when the pressure is on so some of the stuff is kind of out there (but still delicious) and other meals are pretty basic. 

Eat Breakfast like a Queen

I believe that breakfast is THE most important meal of the day. It's the first thing you put in your beautiful body after a long nights rest. Breakfast fuels you for your entire day, so it must be a hardy, filling, nutritional meal. 

Dinner Time/Meal Prep

You may be in for the night or on your "lunch" break with a lot of day still ahead of you. Either way dinner is just as important as any other meal and the possibilities are endless so it's time to get creative.
