I have always been told, and completely agree, that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. A friend once told me, "Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a slave." Well I obviously twisted it a bit, but the point being made doesn't change. What you put in your body at breakfast will determine how your body and mind works the rest of the day. Don't eat anything? Well you can expect your day to feel sluggish and unproductive. Eat some greasy Taco Bell and you'll probably get a stomach ache, and yet again feel sluggish. Some people's bodies are used to this, mine for instance, is not. And the morning I don't get to have a great breakfast, you bet I'm going to have a rough day.
