Almond Butter Banana Chia Seed Toast
(it's  a mouthful) 



Almond Butter: Almonds alone are one of the nuts that should appear most frequently in your diet. Almond butter is a great way to get your calcium, copper, vitamin E, magnesium, healthy fats and fiber.

Chia Seeds: Loaded with antioxidants, provides quality protein, high in Omega 3's, and gives your bones the nutrients they need.

Banana: Helps with digestion, provides antioxidants, fiber, moderates blood sugar levels, support heart health, and has powerful antioxidants. 

Honey: Acts as a natural energy source, natural cough syrup, probiotic, and it'll even strengthen your immune system. 


  1. Toast your favorite bread - I prefer Sprouted Ezekiel because compared to other breads it has the least amount of sugar
  2. Spread Almond Butter across the toast
  3. Sprinkle some Chia Seeds
  4. Slice up a banana and place on bread, enjoy the rest of the banana!
  5. Drizzle Honey on top for a little something sweet.
This is a perfect on the go breakfast. It's just a snack for me to make sure I get to work on time then I usually have something a little more filling (like oatmeal) after an hour or two at work.
This toast will give you the perfect jump start you need and it's easy to eat in the car on the way!
